Located on the Northern Peninsula between Cromer Heights and Narrabeen Lake, this challenging Group One 18-hole layout offers a relaxing, peaceful environment for your clients. The tree-lined fairways and  well-bunkered greens offer a realistic challenge to golfers of all standards. Traffic and residential noise is left behind as you wander around this natural setting, with only the many species of bird life to distract you.

Our professional and friendly staff will assist you in planning your special event.  All arrangements will be organised to your instructions, from registration facilities, refreshments through to presentation, lunch and dinner.  A wide selection of tempting menus is available as well as fully stocked bars and comprehensive wine lists.

Each day is tailored to suit your needs and a full range of options are available.

  • Choice of - Shotgun Start all players start at the same time on different holes
       - Limited Shotgun Start

Note:  Starting format may be determined by number of players

  •   Nearest the pins can be organised on the following holes, 2nd, 4th, 9th, 15th and 18th. 
  •   Longest drive - 8th Hole

 The Menus
 
Please review our online menu options. Should these menus not suit your individual requirements then please feel free to discuss other options with the Function Manager.  We are happy to design and cost a new menu for your function.
Vegetarian and special need meals should be pre-ordered.
 
Conference Facilities
 
Our function rooms are available for hire on a casual or permanent basis. We have rooms suitable for small to medium sized meetings, while our function room is easily converted to an auditorium style, seating up to 200 guests. A variety of catering options can be arranged. Please see our Function Manager for details and costs. 
  
Booking, Confirmation and Deposit
 
Please make your booking as far in advance as possible. You may make a tentative booking provided you can confirm within three weeks.
A deposit of $500 is required to confirm your booking. If the deposit has not been received within two weeks of confirmation then Cromer Golf Club reserves the right to cancel the booking without notice. 
  
Cancellation
 
The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled with less than six months notice. If you cancel with over six months to the event, 100% will be refunded only if the day is re-booked.
 
Refreshments
 
Our wine list is extensive and any special requests will be met if possible.
Drinks may be rung up on a dry till and charged on a consumption basis at the end of your function. You are welcome to specify which drinks you would like served and/or put a dollar limit on the account.
Our bar supervisor will keep you informed of this during the evening. A drinks cart is available for on course refreshments. Should you require a staff member to drive the drinks cart, a charge of $33 per hour will be incurred.
 
Due to liquor licensing laws, we are unable to permit any party to bring any alcohol into the confines of the club or on the course.

Final Numbers and Payment Details
 
Confirmation of final numbers and menu details are required 7 days prior to the event. You will be sent an account based on confirmed numbers, which can be increased, however any decreases will be charged for.
 
The green fees, food and beverage accounts must be paid in full prior to the event. Dry Till accounts are to be finalised on the night of the function. Payment can be made by cash, credit card excl. Diners and Amex, personal or bank cheque.
 
Advertising and Promotion
 
The Club has strict requirements in relation to the placement of advertising material, banners etc. and the following regulations apply. 
 
On course:
 
Advertising signs and banners- no larger than 2m x 1m may be placed at the 1st and 9th tees and around the edges of the practise green. A representative from your organisation should be available to help with the placement and recoverage of signage on the day.
 
In the club house:
 
Advertising and promotional material may be used as a backdrop to an official table or prize display.
If you have any special requirements for the promotional material, please discuss them with us before the event.
  
Staff Costs
 
All clubhouse staff costs are included in the catering and liquor quotes. However, if staff are required after midnight then a surcharge of $110 per hour will apply.
  
No Smoking
 
To ensure that Cromer Golf Club provides a safe and healthy environment for members, visitors and employees, it is Club policy that smoking is not permitted within the club house.   
 
Smoking is permitted on the terrace and any outdoor areas. 
 
Parking
 
There is parking for approximately 150 vehicles within the premises.
  


Personal Property
 
The clubhouse will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of members, guests and personal property but cannot accept responsibility for losses resulting from theft or damage.
  
Damage to Club Property
 
The organisation or person holding the function is responsible for any damage sustained to any part of the club or course caused by the guests or any person attending the function due to misuse or negligence. 
   
Course and House Rules
 
At Cromer we are very proud of our golf course and the Clubhouse facilities and are mindful of maintaining them in top condition as well as ensuring that general standards of behaviour and dress are observed.

Please ensure that your guests are informed of the dress regulations, as they will not be allowed onto the course or into the Clubhouse if they are inappropriately attired.
